When the BSME CPD Programme began in earnest, in 2011, we had only half a dozen schools officially listed as ‘host schools’. To date, thirty-five schools have already hosted for us and we now have forty-seven schools (approximately 65% of the total membership!) registered as willing hosts. That is a fantastic statistic and a real testament to the credibility of the the rapidly growing CPD Programme.
Such keen support is not only much appreciated, it is also essential to the success of the programme. Without it, the BSME CPD Programme simply could not run in the manner in which it does currently. Our sincere thanks go to all our host schools across the region.
To claim host school free places, you will need to fill in the Host School Free Place form. Please click on the link below to download the form.
Booking Form - Host School Free Place
Please email this form to Sam via cpdassistant@bsme.org.uk before the course booking deadline. Please DO NOT register your free places online - all delegates registered online will be charged. Should host schools wish to book any additional (chargeable) places, they should do so on-line, in the ‘Programmes and Courses’ Section of the CPD area.
Kind Regards,
BSME CPD Coordinator

Al Ain English Speaking School (AAESS) was founded in 1978. We have just completed a 35million dirham expansion including classrooms, indoor swimming pool and a full sports hall with running gallery. A process of continual improvement underlines further planned developments. AAESS is based upon a British schooling system. Children can be admitted in the Nursery class, when they have achieved the age of 3 years by 30 August, and continue to take A-Level examinations at age18. The curriculum is that of the National Curriculum of England. Pupils take the SATS tests at the end of Key Stage One (Year 2), and Key Stage Two (Year 6). External GCSE and IGCSE exams are taken in Years 10 and 11, and AS/A2-Levels in Year 12 and 13. Children may also be prepared for Common Entrance Exams, which are the normal means of entry into independent Secondary Schools in UK and elsewhere. It is a priority of the school that the students are prepared for, and can transfer to, British, American and International Universities. The school curriculum is academically broad, and appropriate to the multinational and multicultural nature of the pupils. Music, Physical Education, Creative Arts occupy secure places in the programme as well as traditional academic subjects. The school is committed to offering appropriate courses at all levels in Information and Communication Technology. The school is licensed by the UAE Ministry of Education and, according to its directive; a programme of Arabic Language, Arabic Social Studies and Islamic Studies (for Muslim children) is conducted. |
