Report & Feedback

The BSME Annual Conference in 2006 was held at The Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel in Bahrain. The exhibition was opened by HE Robin Lamb, the British Ambassador, and Dr Majed Ali Al Noaimi, Bahrain’s Minister for Education. HE Robin Lamb also generously hosted an evening for the delegates at his residence in Manama.

The gala dinner was a lively evening, with a raffle raising over BD700 for the Pakistani Women’s Association who aim to rebuild schools that were devastated in the earthquake earlier this year. There was excellent attendance, with over 70 delegates from 46 schools. There were also around 100 visitors from local schools who came to see the 41 Associate Member companies who were exhibiting.
